At Cool Space Shading, we stand behind the quality of our products. Every purchase comes with the following warranty coverage:
10-Year Warranty on Mechanics & Workmanship
Your retractable awning or zipper shade's frame, moving parts, and overall workmanship are covered for ten (10) years against defects.
10-Year Warranty on Fabrics
All fabrics are warranted for ten (10) years against manufacturing defects under normal use and proper care.
What's Included
If a warranty issue arises, we will supply the necessary replacement parts at no cost to you during the warranty period.
What's Not Covered
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or neglect. Normal wear and tear beyond the expected life of the product.
- Weather events such as storms, high winds, hail, or other acts of nature.
